Pricing

A clear starting point. A scope built around the actual work.

Use these ranges to plan. Final pricing depends on coverage, workflow complexity, systems, channels, call volume, and the number of support professionals required.

Final pricing depends on required coverage, workflow complexity, systems, channels, call volume, and staffing requirements. Applicable taxes or separately approved third-party costs may be added where relevant.

30-day pilot

Prove the model before you scale it.

A pilot creates a defined window to test the working relationship, validate the support workflow, and learn what should be refined before adding more capacity.

Request a 30-day pilot
A pilot can include, depending on scope
  • One dedicated support professional
  • Agreed coverage hours
  • Defined calls and scheduling workflows
  • Lead follow-up and CRM updates
  • Email or chat where required
  • Quality monitoring and a weekly review

Pilot terms, service scope, and pricing are confirmed in the applicable agreement. A pilot is not a guarantee of specific outcomes.

What shapes the final price

A straightforward phone-and-scheduling role is different from a multi-channel workflow with extended coverage and complex systems.

Days, hours, time zones, and continuity needs

Volume

Expected calls, messages, tasks, and seasonality

Complexity

Systems, decisions, permissions, and handoffs

Channels

Phone, email, chat, CRM, scheduling, and dispatch

Common questions

What businesses ask before getting started.

Have a question about volume, systems, or coverage? We can address it during the initial consultation.

Where are Brevoniq support professionals located?

Brevoniq works with remote customer support talent, including professionals in the Philippines. Team composition depends on the client’s requirements. Client relationships and service operations are U.S.-managed.

Can I start with one agent?

Yes. Our initial model is designed to let a business begin with one dedicated support professional and expand when demand supports it.

Can Brevoniq use our existing CRM?

In most engagements, Brevoniq is designed to work within client-approved systems and processes. We review access, workflows, permissions, and training needs during discovery.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

Coverage depends on the agreed service scope. Extended hours and weekend options can be discussed, but 24/7 service is not included by default.

Can you answer calls under our company name?

Depending on the engagement and phone configuration, agents can be trained to answer and communicate according to your approved brand guidelines.

Do you offer healthcare support?

Brevoniq may expand into healthcare administrative support. Regulated healthcare support is accepted only when the appropriate contractual, privacy, security, and compliance requirements are in place. We do not currently advertise handling protected health information or market HIPAA-compliant services.

How quickly can we start?

Onboarding timing depends on scope, systems, staffing or assignment needs, access, and training requirements. After discovery, we provide a practical launch plan rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.
