Effective Date: August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Brevoniq (“Brevoniq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit our website, submit a form, request service information, communicate with us, apply or express interest in a career opportunity, or otherwise interact with Brevoniq.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal information Brevoniq controls for its own website, business-development, recruiting, and administrative purposes. It does not generally govern Customer Data we process on behalf of a business client while delivering outsourced customer-support services. That processing is governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Data Processing Addendum, security requirements, confidentiality obligations, client instructions, and applicable law.
2. Information we collect
Business contact information
When provided, we may collect your first and last name, work email address, phone number, company name, job title, company website, industry, and business location.
Service inquiry information
We may collect the support needed, estimated call volume, coverage hours, CRM or phone platform, number of agents, customer-support channels, scheduling or dispatch requirements, and other information you voluntarily submit. The current inquiry form collects only the fields displayed on that form.
Communications
We may keep contact-form submissions, emails, meeting notes, and other business communications, including the date and context of those interactions.
Recruiting and applicant information
If you express interest in work with Brevoniq, we may collect your name, email, phone number, resume or CV, employment history, education, skills, availability, professional qualifications, work location, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Please do not submit protected health information, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account details, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a public form or ordinary email unless we specifically request it through an approved secure method.
Website technical information
Our hosting, delivery, and security infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages requested, date and time, security logs, and diagnostic data. We do not currently enable a third-party analytics, advertising, or session-replay tool on this website.
3. How we use information
Depending on the interaction, we may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, evaluate prospective customers, and prepare proposals.
- Communicate with clients and prospects, provide services, and administer customer relationships.
- Support billing, accounting, tax, audit, insurance, and other business-administration functions.
- Evaluate applicants and administer recruiting and potential work relationships.
- Secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve our website and business systems; prevent fraud, spam, misuse, and security incidents.
- Maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend claims and disputes.
4. Marketing communications
Brevoniq may send lawful business-to-business marketing communications about our services. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe method in the message or emailing connect@brevoniq.com. An opt-out from marketing does not prevent billing emails, account or security notices, transactional communications, or service communications.
We may retain a minimal suppression record, such as an email address and opt-out date, for as long as reasonably necessary to ensure that the address is not marketed to again.
5. No sale for monetary consideration
Brevoniq does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
6. How we disclose information
Service providers
We may disclose information to providers supporting website hosting, cloud infrastructure, email delivery for form notifications and acknowledgments, CRM, communications, scheduling, electronic signatures, accounting, payment processing, recruiting, security, analytics if later enabled, and general business administration. Providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
Professional advisors
We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants when reasonably necessary for their professional services.
Legal, safety, and rights
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a lawful government request, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Corporate transactions
Information may be disclosed as part of evaluating or completing a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Customer Data processed on behalf of clients
When Brevoniq performs outsourced customer-support services, our authorized personnel may access personal information controlled by a client. Brevoniq processes that Customer Data under the applicable agreements, documented client instructions, and legal obligations. The client decides the purposes and principal means of that processing.
If your request concerns information controlled by one of our clients, you should generally contact that client directly. We may refer your request to the client and assist it as required by our contract and applicable law.
8. International processing
Brevoniq works with remote customer-support talent, including professionals in the Philippines. Depending on the applicable service, recruiting activity, customer arrangement, and systems used, personal information may be processed in the United States, the Philippines, or other locations used by approved providers outside an individual’s place of residence. This does not mean every interaction or record is transferred to every location.
Where required, Brevoniq uses appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards for international processing and transfers.
9. Data retention
Our general retention framework is:
- Prospective clients and website inquiries: generally up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless the prospect becomes a customer or a longer period is supported by an ongoing legitimate business purpose, law, dispute, fraud-prevention need, or security investigation.
- Active and former customer business records: during the customer relationship and afterward for periods reasonably necessary for contracts, law, tax, accounting, insurance, audits, disputes, and recordkeeping.
- Client Customer Data: retained, returned, or deleted under the client agreement, Statement of Work, Data Processing Addendum, documented client instructions, and applicable law.
- Applicant and recruiting information: generally up to 12 months after the last recruiting activity, unless the candidate consents to longer retention, is hired or engaged, law permits or requires more time, or the record is needed for legal claims.
- Routine technical and security logs: generally up to 12 months, unless needed longer for fraud, a security incident, troubleshooting, an abuse investigation, or a legal requirement.
- Marketing suppression records: minimal records may be kept as long as reasonably necessary to honor opt-outs and are not automatically deleted with ordinary prospect data.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, as appropriate.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and circumstances. Depending on the system, safeguards may include multi-factor authentication, individual accounts, least-privilege access, password management, encryption, device security, monitoring, confidentiality requirements, security training, incident-response procedures, and secure disposal.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Cookies and tracking
The website does not currently use non-essential analytics, advertising cookies, pixels, or session replay. Hosting and security providers may use limited technical mechanisms or logs necessary to deliver and protect the website. If Brevoniq later enables non-essential analytics or advertising tools, we will update this Policy and implement any consent controls required before activation.
12. Your privacy rights
Rights differ by jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or information about certain disclosures. To make a request, email connect@brevoniq.com. We may verify your identity and authority before processing a request and may retain records needed to document our response.
13. Philippine data subjects
To the extent Philippine privacy law applies, individuals in the Philippines may have rights including the right to be informed, access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, data portability, and the right to file a complaint, subject to applicable limitations. Requests may be sent to connect@brevoniq.com.
14. Children
This website is intended for business users, potential clients, and employment candidates. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through it.
15. Third-party websites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own terms and policies, not this Policy. Review those policies before providing information.
16. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our services, systems, providers, or legal obligations change. We will revise the effective date when changes are posted and, where appropriate or required, provide additional notice of material changes.
